I don't know about you, but I love a good chicken wing. Saucy, garlicky, and crispy on the edges. My husband Jimmy makes theee best chicken wings & he's helped me write this recipe.

Grilled Buffalo Wings
Yield: 2 dozen wings
Prep time: 1 hour marinade time, 20 mins hands-on grilling
Total time: 2 hours 20 mins
INGREDIENTS
-2 dozen wings, flats and drumsticks separated
-2 TBS olive oil
- 1 teaspoon each: garlic powder and paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-2 TBS Frank's Red Hot Sauce (plain, not buffalo style)
For the sauce
-1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (plain, not buffalo style)
-2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 TBS melted salted butter
DIRECTIONS
- In a Tupperware container, coat wings with olive oil & seasonings. Let marinade in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake wings at 300*F for 30 minutes.
- While wings are baking, mix hot sauce, garlic & melted butter.
- After the wings are done baking, finish them on medium heat grill for 4-5 minutes each side, carefully making sure to not burn the wings.
- Place cooked wings in a bowl, cover with buffalo sauce & toss until wings are fully coated
- Serve immediately with ranch, bleu cheese, & raw carrots and celery
From left to right: wings after baking in oven, hot sauce ingredients, wings straight off the grill before tossing in buffalo sauce.
