Hey friends!

It's been a rainy weekend & I've had lots of time to drink cold brew and find new recipes. These first 2 recipes are ones I've never made and I'm excited to try them out!


- Lemon scallopini chicken - lemon, garlic & butter - what could be better? I'm serving this with pasta & broccoli.

- Spicy honey mustard pretzel chicken fingers - I found this recipe a few weeks ago & have been super excited to try it. Serving with sweet potato fries & a salad.

- Mississippi Pot Roast - If you love pepperocini peppers, this is right up your alley! Instead of using a ranch packet with MSG and other mystery ingredients, I just make my own. We are serving over rice with roasted okra.

- Balsalmic sheet pan dinner - if you're doing Whole30 or just wanting a super healthy dinner, this recipe is easy & flavorful!
