Week of 6/1 Dinner Plan

Hey friends!
School is officially out for summer! Bring on the grilling, frozen cocktails & cool treats! Here's what I've got planned for this week:
-Supreme Pizza Bake - this is a new recipe that I'm trying out this week. I love pizza and am excited to see if this recipe lives up to its name! This recipe is GF & Keto friendly.
-Sliced steak with Chimmichurri sauce - If you've got parsley growing in your herb garden, this is a great recipe to use it up! Steak is grilled & sliced and topped with this bright garlicky sauce to really wake it up. It's keto, GF & whole 30 friendly.
-Mini bbq meatloves with mashed sweet potatoes - This is a great weeknight meal that makes everyone happy. I love that you can use whatever bbq sauce you want; I use Primal Kitchen because it's got no added sugar.
-One Skillet Cheesy Cuban chicken & rice - This is another HalfBakedHarvest dinner that I'm very excited to try out. I love Cuban food and one-pan dinners!
Treats & Snacks
Pimento Cheese - Anytime I'm headed to a friend's house for the weekend or having company over, I make this cheese dip. It's the perfect summer appetizer/snack!
Frozen Mango Margs - ahh, frozen summer cocktails. There's nothing better! Grab some frozen mango in your freezer aisle & fresh limes and you're on your way!
