Hey friends!

I don't know about you, but I have really amazing coworkers. Being a teacher, my team-mates and co-teachers are my lifeline here at school. I'm guessing the same probably holds true for you; you laugh, cry, gripe, and have a million inside jokes with your coworkers. I've always thought the best way to show someone you care about them is cooking for them, and this year, I want to make a fun treat for my lunch-bunch. I love using holidays as an excuse to bake a fun dessert, and here's a list of easy, single-serve treats you can easily pass out to your coworkers.

1. First up are these homemade berry pop tarts from The Pioneer Woman. These cute little tarts is what I'm planning on making for my coworkers. There's only a few ingredients needed & I love that it's fruit-focused.

2. These super-easy cherry cream cheese danishes. I've made these before with blueberries and they are very easy and simple to make. They're sure to brighten anyone's morning!

3. These blueberry yogurt "breakfast pops" are great for if your coworkers are still on a healthy streak from January.

4. Red Velvet Cookies are also a big crowd-pleaser and are super eaasy because they're made with a cake mix!

5. Have dairy or gluten free friends? This tutorial from Betty Crocker shows you how to make chocolate dipped strawberries that you could sub allergen-free chocolate in.

6. These super-cute mini strawberry cheesecake cupcakes from Chef Savy are sure to make everyone at work smile with how pretty they are.

7. Another cute mini dessert are these mini cherry pies that you can make in your muffin tin with pre-made pie crust and canned cherry filling.

8. These pink & red decorated Valentine's Cookie Bars are super easy to make with pre-made sugar cookie dough and pink MnM's.

9. You can easily make chocolate cupcakes with a box mix & add red frosting and a strawberry using this recipe!

10. Last, if you have a heart-shaped cookie cutter, you can make these super-cute heart shaped rice crispie treats without even having to turn the oven on!

Sometimes, we forget to show the people who we love that we appreciate them, and this is a great way to show your coworkers how much you value them.

What are your favorite Valentine's Day treats?
