Week of 6/21 Dinner Plan

Hey friends!

How was your Father's Day Weekend? I hope all the dads, grand-dads and dog-dads had a great weekend! Here's what I've got lined up to cook this week:


Dinners

Healthy Orange Chicken - I love a good stir fry-esque dinner because it's easy and you can sneak in veggies. This recipe has all the flavors of takeout but with less sugar and salt.


Grilled Summer Veggie Pasta - The best part of grilling is not having to turn on the oven. Simply grill up veggies & chicken and toss it up in a pasta salad. I'm adding Feta cheese to this as well.


Crockpot Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches - another summertime classic, slow cook pulled pork all day and top with your favorite bbq sauce. You can grill up some corn on the cobs and serve with a salad kit to keep things easy.


Carne Asada Tacos - if I could have taco Tuesday every day, I would. The video tutorial on these tacos looked amazing so I'm going to try out this new recipe this week!


Treats & Drinks

Meli's Monster Cookies - Sometimes, there's nothing better than a fresh-out-of-the-oven cookie. I like Meli's cookie mix because they've got "better for you" real ingredients (oats, nuts, chocolate) and they so happen to be gluten free. These cookies were crunchy, chocolately - peanut buttery and easy to make.
