Week of 2/24 dinner plan

Here is my dinner plan for this last week of February. I will be sharing in my stories some step-by-step pictures & videos if you want to cook along with me :) All recipe links are below and can be modified to your diet! All of these are gluten free, but they're still "normal" dinners. All of these will be served will a side of veggies and healthy starch.

1. Crock pot pot roast with a side salad
2. Roasted chicken with lemon roasted broccoli and a baked sweet potato
3. Buffalo chicken meatballs with sweet potato fries & salad
4. Crockpot bourbon chicken with rice & broccoli. *a note about this recipe - this is a "splurge" meal because my husband asked for it. Instead of brown sugar, I am using pure maple syrup and I am also using no-sugar added apple juice to reduce the amount of refined sugar
