Week of 3/8 Meal Plan

Hey friends! We are headed home from our trip to Vegas & I'm getting our meal plan ready! Here's what I've got on deck for this week:


1. Sheet pan stir fry - I love that this recipe has tons of veggies and is super easy to make on a sheet pan. I just boil rice noodles on the stove when the chicken & veggies are almost done.


2. French Onion Chicken - this is a new recipe that I'm trying and I'm really excited about it! Serving with roasted potatoes & asparagus.


3. Bolognese sauce - This is a big favorite in our house. I usually make a double batch so I can freeze containers of this sauce for an easy dinner during a crazy week. You can keep it whole 30 by serving over zucchini or sweet potato noodles, but I'm serving over gluten free pasta this week with a big salad.


4. Chicken tacos - My dirty little secret is that I just love the Old El Paso Taco Kits. I am a stickler about processed foods with the exception of taco kits. These tacos are easy to make, tasty & comes together super fast.
