Week of 5/10 Dinner Plan - 30 minute meals!

Hey friends! I hope you are having a wonderful Mother's Day! I'm hanging in my blow up pool with my pup today because dog moms are moms too! :) For this week, all of these dinner can be made in 30 minutes or under! Here's what's on the menu this week:
- Baked chicken meatballs with broccoli pesto - This is a new recipe that I'm super excited to try out and have never made broccoli pesto before so I'm pumped!
- Tex Mex chicken & zucchini - This recipe is a great Taco Tuesday alternative if you want the flavors of taco night but a little lighter. I am serving with yellow rice.
- Philly Cheesesteak "sloppy joes" - This recipe has all the flavors of Philly Cheesesteaks but comes together super quick in one pan! I am serving with a big salad.
- Crispy parmesan chicken & zucchini - This is a great "in a pinch" dinner because most of us have breadcrumbs in the pantry and it also comes together super quickly in one pan. You can keep it low carb or serve with just about any side!
Fun Treats:
- Toasted coconut margarita - these margs are unreal & have no refined sugar in them. Win win in my book!
- Black cherry homemade ice cream - this ice cream is magnificent, be sure to double the almond extract
- Sunny Clementine margarita - this is another delicious cocktail, but it's worth noting that it is STRONG. I added 2 ounces of strawberry or orange seltzer water to even it out.
